Everyone loves chocolate, and combined with oats, peanut butter and honey…it’s hard to go wrong!

This recipe from Donna Sullivan is quite possible the quickest recipe you will ever make, give them a go this week! 

Ingredients (8 balls)

½ cup rolled oats

⅓ cup crunchy peanut butter

1 tablespoon honey

1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips

*Recipe can be doubled

Method

Mix in a bowl, refrigerate for half an hour, and then roll into balls. They freeze well too!
