Our Online tailored triathlon training program is the perfect training program for athletes who are self-motivated to train on their own or alternatively cannot get to our coached sessions in Melbourne.

This program is tailored specifically for YOUR race distance and provides you with the latest in online training and online coaching including the latest coaching program technology from Visual Coaching Pro.

These programs are also fantastic for triathletes living rurally in Victoria or interstate, and in some cases, overseas – and are wanting to gain access to elite programs that have been put together by our qualified coaches.

Programs are tailored for:

  • Fun/Sprint or those new to the sport
  • Olympic Distance – improve your race times and goals
  • Half Ironman / Long Course – whether you are new to the distance or want to improve your race times/goals, this program will have you well equipped to reach your goals
  • Ironman – whether you are a first time Ironman or competing again, follow a specific training program in taking the step to your goal of Ironman

On joining our program, you will have an initial coaching consult with one of our qualified coaches based on your race distance. Our coaches will screen you for past training history, training limitations, race goals and map out your training and racing season. This will ensure you are set on the right track from the beginning.

    Hi Tri-Alliance
    I was a member about 10 years ago… sadly (post child and move to regional Victoria) my fitness has dropped away and I’ve stacked on about 40kg.
    I want to get back into Triathlon as a healthy lifestyle (I was never competitive, but I love participating and training).
    While I was better at long course events in the past, I’d be happy to be able to comfortably do a short course at present.
    I need help getting back in the groove / getting fit (to lose the weight).
    As I live between Daylesford and Castlemaine I will rarely get to Melbourne training sessions… so I’m keen to get back on track through the online program.
