WORD FROM THE COACHES
Welcome to our Summer Training Program!
All athletes should have received an email on Monday outlining our new Summer Training Program, timetable and information about our current Pre Competition Phase. If you did not receive this email, please let us know by emailing [email protected]. And if you did receive it, but haven’t read it yet – make sure you do!
Good luck to our Tri Alliance Queensland Coaches and athletes who take on the first race of their Gatorade Series at Raby Bay in Queensland on the weekend. Our Queensland Team has had a fantastic start to the season so far and currently lead the Queensland Club Champs run by TriQLD. So good luck to everyone racing this weekend. We look forward to catching up with everyone in less than 4 weeks in Noosa!
Congratulations to our athletes who completed the final Brooks Duathlon for the season on Sunday. Reports are that it was VERY COLD!!!!!
Jo Stavrou completed her 1st Sprint distance race after a long hiatus in the Greek Islands (great to have her back). Following a solid ride yesterday Xavier smashed out another fine performance and congrats to Geoff who came 1st & Emma 2nd in their respective age groups to notch up more podium finishes before the triathlon season even commences. Exciting times ahead for a lot of our athletes who have shown massive improvements after a consistent pre season campaign.
