Welcome to 2012!! 2011 finished on a high note with a very successful ‘Hell Week Challenge’ and 2012 has started in great fashion with our Falls Creek Altitude Training Camp and our Summer Camp in Queenscliffe kicking off this afternoon. Next week we have our next round of Learn to Swim/Stroke Correction Courses, our next group of TRY-the-TRI’s commencing and our current ones finishing their last week before next weekends Race 3 of the Gatorade & Active Feet Fun Tri Series. So a bumper start to what is going to be a fantastic year!
This weekend we have Nick Sissons racing his 9th Half Ironman Distance in Tauranga New Zealand. The way Nick was riding over Hell Week, he should be in for a solid race! Best of luck for Saturday Nick.
If you haven’t already, make sure you check out our January Training Timetables to ensure you know where and when sessions are for the month of January. Also always check the weekly transition for weekend session details and/or any changes.
