Then Tri-Alliance “Pro Hours” could be just right for you.
With many athletes having flexible working arrangements and the power to adjust their own training schedule it was about time we offered some “Pro Hours” training sessions.
The sessions will cover MSAC pool swims, run technique and interval sets and work on the bike such as road skills, strength and endurance.
“Pro Hours” Sessions are available for those new to the squad and also available to our current members who are able to make them taking our available sessions a week to 20+.
Pro Hours session guide below with full details of times, locations and what to bring on our full timetable here. Should there be numbers for additional sessions or at different times we are happy to look at these as we go. Let us know when best suits you.

Thursday 10am – Ride (road skills, technique, strength, endurance) – Elwood Beach. Please check our road riding rules and etiquette before attending.
Signup to the Tri-Alliance annual membership for your welcome pack (including t-shirt, bottle, visor and ID card for member discounts). Then join our social membership of $27 p/w for access to our Pro Hours sessions.
