RUN INTERVALS – ALBERT PARK LAKE (Short Course)
Thursday night sees the return to running!
Coaches will work with athletes on building base fitness, whilst focusing on technique.
This session is open to short course athletes.
It is strictly limited to 10 people.
Please meet at 6:15pm at the south end of the lake (refer to pin on map).
NB: athletes will be responsible for all water bottles, bags and any other personal belongings during the session.
