MSAC Long Run
Long run for all athletes.
These runs are critical to your builds, run efficiency, strength and endurance.
Meet outside the main MSAC entrance just before 8am.
Heading up towards The Shrine and along the Yarra.
Athletes will be responsible for all water bottles, bags and any other personal belongings during the session.
Bring appropriate clothing for the weather.
