Prerequisite for Challenge Melbourne Try the Tri Program. You must commit to 3-4 of the timetables sessions per week. You must be able to swim a length of a 100m in a pool without stopping, You must be able to ride on the road with a moderate level of skill, You must be able to run 5km without stopping, you must not have any current injuries. Prerequisite for Challenge Sprint and 2XU Sprint/Olympic Try the Tri Program. Olympic Distance You must commit to 3 of the timetables sessions per week. You must be able to swim a length of a 25m in a pool without stopping, You must be able to ride on the road with a moderate level of skill, You must be able to run 1km without stopping, you must not have any current injuries. Sprint Distance You must commit to 2 of the timetables sessions per week. No expectations of prerequisite
