RUN MELBOURNE
On Sunday, over 20,000 peeps ran Melbourne’s city streets to celebrate friendship & running and in support of their favourite charities. Sole Motive promised bigger and better on course entertainment, and we would have to agree! The vibe was electric, with music, dancing, cheerleaders, trampolining and an abundance of signs and screaming….all the ingredients you need to get you through your run! Well done to all our athletes that took part. Apologies for anyone that is missed, be sure to send us a message to let us know how you went.

THAILAND TRAINING CAMP - THANYAPURA
As you have probably seen on the socials, our athletes have begun their Thailand training camp experience. Whilst there was some initial shock to the warm and humid conditions, by all reports everyone is settling in to the routine really well. It started off with important data collection, to keep an eye on their fluid levels and to monitor changes during the week, then moved on to an active run and swim session. Sunday morning was the first BIG one, with the team joining the locals on the infamous Bakery Ride and finished off with an afternoon of recovery and massages. The week will continue to unfold with plenty scheduled and you can keep up to date and get an inside look on our TA Instagram page. Make sure you check out the Tri Alliance Highlights Here to see all the fun (and what you’re missing out on!) and consider booking your spot for next year!
