Word from the coaches….
We had our second Team Meeting for the year on Tuesday Night with another fantastic turnout. We thank our partners who assisted on the night AustralianVitamins.com who had guest speaker Greg Taylor (who was a hit!). If you are keen to check out his presentation from the night (or recap it) you can view here. There are two parts so make sure you watch both. AustralianVitamins.com and Ascend Proven Sports Proteins also provided a giveway pack on the night, so thanks guys! Also thanks to our long term partners CBD Cycles who brought along some fantastic specials on the night, with athletes picking up some great bargains!
Our second round of time trials for the year have been happening this week. Numbers however have been lower than usual. If you are finding it hard to get motivated for training at the moment, make sure you speak to one of our coaches. Call us in the office and we can help you through.
REMEMBER: No Swim sessions tomorrow morning and no coached run Sunday (read below for those meeting up for Run Melbourne)
