WORD FROM THE COACHES
And their off………..Ollie & Sarah begin a 2 month working & racing trip to Vegas (Sin City for some) and Hawaii!! We will keep you all updated on their travels and racing over the coming months, first up will be Sarah in Vegas next weekend so stay tuned.

For the rest off us it is recovery week ahhhhhh. You may have noticed that the past couple of weeks have been solid, so ensure you follow your programs and stick to the T2 & T3 efforts, you have earned it. There is nothing to gain but much to loose by over training at this time of the year.

Please note that Ryan & Emma are manning the office while our leaders are away and all sessions will remain the same, any changes that may occur will be communicated to athletes. Both Ollie & Sarah will be on email but not contactable by phone. On request athletes can communicate via skype, but preferred initial contact will be email. If you have any general questions while Sarah & Ollie are away please direct them to [email protected].
