Kickstart your morning with a steady endurance-focused swim designed to build stamina and strength in the water. Perfect for athletes of all levels, this session emphasises pacing, consistency, and technique.
Lane Groups:
- Lane 2: 1:30m–1:40m cycles
- Lane 1: 1:40m–1:50m cycles
- Lane 0: 2:00m+ cycles
What to Bring: Pool buoy, paddles, and fins.
Important Notes:
- Athletes are responsible for their own water bottles, bags, and personal belongings throughout the session.
