Our most popular session of the week is back!
Session Overview:
Designed for short-course athletes, this dynamic brick session combines structured bike/run intervals with open-water swim practice and skills training. It’s the ultimate multi-discipline workout to sharpen transitions and build race-day confidence.
What to Bring:
- Swim, bike, and run gear (including wind trainers).
- Water bottles, towels, and any other essentials you’ll need to stay hydrated and comfortable.
Meeting Point:
Be ready to roll by 6:00 PM on the grassed area near Elwood Life Saving Club.
Important Notes:
- Athletes are responsible for their own water bottles, bags, and personal belongings throughout the session.
