THE TAN LONG RUN
Long run for all athletes.
These runs are critical to your builds, run efficiency, strength and endurance.
Please meet just before 8am next to the Pillars of Wisdom (opposite the Swan Street Bridge).
Athletes will be responsible for all water bottles, bags and any other personal belongings during the session.
Bring appropriate clothing for the weather.
NB: athletes MUST ensure they are scanned in to this session.
