RUN – The Tan
Thursday night during Winter sees the return to running at The Tan!
Coaches will work with athletes on building fitness, whilst also focusing on technique, hill strength and intervals.
This session is open to all athletes.
Please meet at 6:10pm next to the Pillars of Wisdom (opposite the Swan Street Bridge) ready to start warm-up at 6:15pm.
Athletes will be responsible for all water bottles, bags and any other personal belongings during the session.
Bring appropriate clothing for the weather.
NB: athletes MUST ensure they are scanned into this session.
