What to Bring:
- Swim and run gear, including goggles, wetsuit (if needed), and running shoes.
- Water bottles, towels, and any personal essentials for hydration and comfort.
Meeting Point:
Be ready by 6:00 PM on the grassed area near Elwood Life Saving Club.
