NEW WEBSITE & NETWORK – EMAILS IN ERROR

We are sorry for any confusing emails you have received in the past 24hrs regards your membership with us at Tri-Alliance. We are in the process of updating our systems and moving our sites over to a new platform. There are inevitably a few ‘bugs’ that come up and as such, old emails are being sent in error.

Please be assured you should not be charged again for your Tri Alliance Annual Fee as stated in the email. However, if any additional charges, to those you normally pay for membership and training are made against your account, please contact us as soon as possible with proof of this and we will organise an immediate refund.

Once again, we apologise for any inconvenience and confusion this IT error has caused for you.

We ask for your patience during this time and you can be assured we are working hard to get the roll out completed with as minimal disruption to you and your training. In addition to this please can we ask that no updates are made to your account through your athlete logon during this period to ensure all details are correct in your new system.
