Training Plans
The best way to ensure you have a great ride is to follow a structured  training plan. Following a training plan will help improve your cycling  technique and performance as well as keep you motivated.
70km  Beginner Training Plan – Ideal for those who are new to  cycling, the distance or to hills.
120km  Intermediate Training Plan – perfect for those who want to  improve their performance, stepping up to the distance, doing the ride  for the first time or new to hill riding.
