

Saturday Long Ride – Elwood Beach
As we roll through our Winter Base Phase and begin shifting into Strength, it’s time to build that aerobic engine and sharpen technique on the bike.
Join us for a steady long ride heading south along Beach Road towards Frankston. This session focuses on endurance, smooth pedal stroke and group riding skills – perfect for laying the foundation for the season ahead.
Session Details:
🕖 7:00 AM departure from Elwood Beach
🚴♀️ Ride in ability groups and follow your program for distance
📍 Options to turn at Mordialloc, Station Street, Frankston, or beyond depending on your level
What to Bring:
✔️ Appropriate nutrition and hydration
✔️ Lights, spares, money, and mobile phone
✔️ Layers and weather-appropriate gear
✔️ Tri-Alliance cycling kit is mandatory for visibility and safety
