Long Course Ride
LONG COURSE RIDE
Session Overview:
This session is all about building endurance and mental toughness for long-course athletes. Check your training program for specific distances, and stay updated via the newsletter or by speaking with your coach. Expect a ride tailored to help you hit your race goals.
What to Bring:
- Nutrition to keep you fueled.
- Spare tubes, tools, and a pump or CO2.
- Money and a mobile phone for emergencies.
- Tri-Alliance riding gear (mandatory for squad safety and team spirit).
Schedule:
- Roll out from Elwood at 6:30am.
- Check programs for distances and newsletter for any changes or speak with your coach.
Important Notes:
- Dress for the conditions to stay comfortable and safe.
- You’re responsible for your personal belongings throughout the session.
- Ride smart, stay safe, and represent the squad with pride!
