Step away from the roads and into one of our most valuable run sessions of the week.
This long run is designed to build endurance, strength, and run efficiency through a mix of trail surfaces, undulation, and consistent aerobic work. It’s a key session for developing durability and laying the foundation for stronger running across the season.
Coach Greg will be rolling alongside on the bike, offering real-time feedback, technique cues, and plenty of motivation to keep you moving well.
And yes…
cold water therapy is part of the deal ❄️ so come prepared!

📍 Meet at the Fairfield Boathouse Car Park
(on Fairfield Park Drive off Heidelberg Road — NOT the Studley Park location)
Important Notes:
- Open to all athletes (must be a current Tri-Alliance member)
- This session runs throughout the off-season and is a key part of your winter development
- Athletes are responsible for all personal belongings during the session
