DUATHLON RACE#1 - YARRA BOULEVARD
The first race in the Triathlon Victoria Duathlon series was raced on Sunday, down in Yarra Boulevard in Richmond and after the turbulent weather on Saturday, it was smooth sailing for athletes and volunteers on race day. We had several athletes taking to this fast-paced style of racing and from all reports, they enjoyed the hour of power and the added increase in intensity to their weekend schedule. Well done to all those that went around – solid effort by all!

CITY 2 SURF
More than 80,000 people took part in the 14-kilometre run which started at Hyde Park in the Sydney CBD before winding through the eastern suburbs and finishing at the iconic Bondi Beach. Many runners take part in costumes and raise money for various charities. The annual event has raised more than $36 million since 2008, when a fundraising tally began. Off the back of a successful Thailand training camp, our very own Jen Schuster took to the Sydney streets to complete this iconic event. Jen completed the course in a PB time of 1hr 36mins. And looking mighty fine, we might add!!!
