
RUN – The Tan (Technique & Base Phase)
Thursday nights during Winter see the return to The Tan!
As we kick off our Winter Training Season, these sessions focus on building run technique, developing strength through the hills, and establishing a strong aerobic base.
Expect a mix of technique drills, hill work, and controlled intervals designed to improve your running efficiency and durability for the season ahead.
This is one of the most important sessions of the week to help lay the foundation for faster, stronger running later in the year.
Open to all athletes.
Session Details:
Please meet at 6:10pm next to the Pillars of Wisdom (opposite the Swan Street Bridge), ready to start warm-up at 6:15pm.
What to Bring:
✔️ Appropriate clothing for the weather
✔️ Hydration if needed
Important Notes:
- Athletes are responsible for all water bottles, bags, and personal belongings during the session.
- NB: Athletes MUST ensure they are scanned in for this session.
