Replacing our usual combo session, this bootcamp-style workout is the perfect addition during Recovery Month…keeping you moving, challenged, and engaged without the usual swim/bike/run structure.

Session Details:
📍 Elwood (meeting point as per usual combo session)
⏰ Standard Thursday evening time
What to Bring:
✔️ Water bottle
✔️ Towel
✔️ Runners and comfortable training gear
✔️ A good attitude… you’ll need it 😅
Important Notes:
- Open to all athletes
- No need to overthink it. Just show up and get involved
- You are responsible for your own belongings during the session
