RUN INTERVALS – MSAC/ALBERT PARK
Session Overview:
Kickstart your Tuesday morning with an energising interval session designed to improve your speed, endurance, and pacing. Tailored to suit all athlete levels and goals, this session promises to push your limits while keeping it fun and rewarding. Open exclusively to current Tri-Alliance members.
What to Bring:
- Water bottles and personal essentials for hydration.
- Appropriate clothing for the weather.
- A positive attitude and readiness to run hard!
Schedule:
- 5:45 AM: Meet at the south end of Albert Park Lake (check the map pin).
Important Notes:
- Athletes must scan in upon arrival to participate.
- You are responsible for your water bottles, bags, and belongings throughout the session.
