Winter Base Training – Endurance & Technique
Session Overview:
Tuesday mornings are back, and it’s time to start building the foundation for the season ahead.
This session focuses on developing aerobic endurance, running efficiency and pacing skills through a variety of interval-based workouts. Athletes can expect a mix of controlled efforts, technique-focused running, and endurance-building sets designed to improve performance while reinforcing good habits.
Suitable for all athlete levels, this session provides the perfect opportunity to build consistency and confidence as we progress through our Winter Training Season.
What to Bring:
✔️ Water bottles & hydration essentials
✔️ Appropriate clothing for the weather
✔️ A positive attitude and readiness to get to work!
Important Notes:
- Athletes must scan in upon arrival.
- You are responsible for your own water bottles, bags, and belongings throughout the session.
