Road Ride – Beach Rd
Saturday morning is all about speed as we shift into our Speed Phase!
Join us for a dynamic road ride along Beach Road, where we’ll focus on speed endurance. This session is designed to help athletes build their pacing skills and improve their overall cycling efficiency on flat terrain.
Open to all athlete levels (must be a current Tri-Alliance member).
Athletes should bring appropriate nutrition and ensure you carry lights, spares, money and mobile phone.
Wear clothing appropriate to the conditions with Tri-Alliance riding gear mandatory to ensure safe riding for all.
NB: athletes MUST check in for this session to ensure everyone’s accounted for!
6:30am departure:
- meet at Elwood for departure
- ride with ability groups
- follow programmed distance
- options (Mordi / Station St / Frankston / Safety Beach)
