Session Overview:
Be ready for a mix of bike, run, and open-water swim training designed to keep you race-ready and adaptable. Sessions typically feature interval-based bike and run sets, finishing with open-water swim practice—but be prepared for any combination!
What to Bring:
- All swim, bike, and run gear.
- Towels, water bottles, and any personal essentials for hydration and comfort.
Schedule:
- 6:45 AM: Meet on the grassed area near Elwood Life Saving Club for a briefing.
- 7:00 AM: Session start—don’t be late!
