Beginner/Intermediate Strength Ride – Beach Rd

The Beginner/Intermediate Strength Ride along Beach Rd is an essential part of our cycling program designed to help riders build foundational strength and endurance in a supportive environment. Led by Coach Greg, this ride is tailored for beginners to low intermediate cyclists.

Focusing on sustained efforts in a low gear, the Beach Rd ride emphasises building muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance. This route provides the perfect balance of flat terrain and gentle inclines, allowing riders to focus on steady, consistent pedalling without the added challenge of steep hills. This helps to develop core cycling muscles and improve overall stamina.
