Friday Morning Squad Swim Session Winter Base Training – Endurance & Technique Venue: Outdoor 50M Pool
Session Overview: Friday mornings are back for Winter Training.
This session is designed for intermediate to advanced programmed athletes, with a strong focus on developing aerobic endurance, swim efficiency, and consistency through controlled endurance-based work.
As we move through our Winter Base Phase, these sessions are critical for building the engine required for the season ahead. Expect a combination of steady aerobic swimming, pacing work, and technique under fatigue, helping you maintain strong form over longer efforts.
Consistency during winter is where the biggest gains are made.
Lane Structure: 2 lanes will be in operation, grouped by ability and program focus.
What to Bring: Pool buoy, paddles, and fins.

Athletes are responsible for their own water bottles, bags, and personal belongings throughout the session.
