Our Intermediate/Advanced Strength + Endurance Ride along Beach Rd is an integral part of our cycling program, designed for experienced riders looking to build not only muscular strength but also push their endurance while clocking in their designated kilometers. Led by Coach Ollie, this session targets those ready to up the ante and take their performance to the next level.
Focusing on sustained efforts in a low gear, this ride emphasises strength building while also enhancing cardiovascular endurance over longer distances. The Beach Rd route provides a great mix of flat terrain and gentle inclines, ideal for maintaining consistent power output while still logging solid kilometers. The ride is structured to help you develop core cycling muscles, build stamina, and prepare you for more challenging, long-distance rides ahead.
Make sure you bring appropriate nutrition to fuel your ride, and don’t forget your spares, money, and mobile phone for safety. Tri-Alliance riding gear is mandatory to ensure a cohesive and safe experience for everyone, so come prepared and ready to train hard.
