WINDTRAINER Session – MSAC (All Levels)
Time: Arrive and set up from 6:00 PM. Session starts promptly at 6:15 PM.
Location: Upstairs above the indoor pool at MSAC. Enter through main reception and head straight up the stairs—yes, you’ll need to carry your bike through there!
What to Bring:
- Bike with slick tires
- Wind trainer skewer to suit your bike
- 2 x water bottles and 2 x towels
