Venue: Outdoor 50M Pool
Session Overview:
Start your morning by continuing to build consistency, endurance, and confidence in the water.
As we move deeper into our Winter Base Phase, this session combines aerobic endurance swimming with ongoing technique development, helping athletes maintain strong form as training load gradually increases.
Expect a mix of drills, pacing work, and steady endurance sets designed to improve efficiency, control, and awareness in the water while continuing to build your aerobic engine for the season ahead.
Consistency during winter is where the biggest gains are made.
Lane Structure:
3 lanes will be in operation, grouped by ability and session focus.
What to Bring:
Pool buoy, paddles, and fins.
Important Notes:
- Athletes are responsible for their own water bottles, bags, and personal belongings throughout the session.
- Attendance: Ensure you scan in before the session starts to confirm attendance.
