Winter Riding (Mordialloc)
Building Strength, Skills & Confidence on the Bike
This ride is designed for athletes who are newer to winter training, developing their cycling fitness, or tackling a structured strength block for the first time.
Throughout winter, we’ll focus on building a strong cycling foundation through a combination of endurance riding, strength-focused efforts, and group riding skills. Sessions are designed to help athletes develop confidence on the bike while learning how to ride efficiently and safely within a group environment.
The focus is not on speed, but rather on developing the strength, technique, and consistency that will support your riding throughout the season ahead.
Ride according to your ability and training program, with athletes encouraged to work together in groups where appropriate.
