About this event
Monday Night Squad Swim Session
Winter Base Training – Endurance & Technique
Venue: Outdoor 50M Pool
Session Overview:
As we continue through our Winter Training Season, Monday nights shift toward building aerobic endurance while continuing to reinforce strong swim technique.
This session combines steady endurance swimming, pacing work, and technique-focused drills to help athletes improve efficiency, control, and consistency in the water. The goal is to build a strong aerobic foundation while maintaining good form as training volume gradually increases.
Winter is where the work gets done. Consistency now will set you up for confidence and performance later in the season.
Lane Structure:
3 lanes will be in operation, grouped by ability and session focus.
What to Bring:
Pool buoy, paddles, and fins.
Important Notes:
- Athletes are responsible for their own water bottles, bags, and personal belongings throughout the session.
- Attendance: Ensure you scan in before the session starts to confirm attendance.
Nail the basics now, and the speed will come later.
