About this event
Wednesday Morning Squad Swim Session
Technique & Base Development
Venue: Outdoor 50M Pool
Session Overview:
Start your morning by continuing to build consistency and confidence in the water.
This session reinforces the work from Monday, with a focus on technique under light aerobic load, helping you hold good form as fatigue begins to build. Expect a combination of drills, skill work, and steady swimming designed to develop control, efficiency, and awareness in your stroke.
Consistency during this phase is key—these sessions lay the groundwork for everything to come later in the season.
Lane Structure:
2 lanes will be in operation, grouped by ability.
What to Bring:
Pool buoy, paddles, and fins.
Important Notes:
- Athletes are responsible for their own water bottles, bags, and personal belongings throughout the session.
- Attendance: Ensure you scan in before the session starts to confirm attendance.
Nail the basics now, and the speed will come later.
