About this event
Monday Night Squad Swim Session
Technique & Base Development
Venue: Outdoor 50M Pool
Session Overview:
As we kick off our Winter Training Season, this session is all about building your swim foundation from the ground up.
We’ll focus on breaking down your stroke, improving body position, and developing feel for the water, with a mix of drills and controlled aerobic swimming. This is your opportunity to reset your technique and build habits that will carry through the entire season.
Getting this phase right now will have a direct impact on your efficiency, speed, and confidence when it matters most.
Lane Structure:
2 lanes will be in operation, grouped by ability.
What to Bring:
Pool buoy, paddles, and fins.
Important Notes:
- Athletes are responsible for their own water bottles, bags, and personal belongings throughout the session.
- Attendance: Ensure you scan in before the session starts to confirm attendance.
Nail the basics now, and the speed will come later
