Tuesday Morning Run Intervals – Temporary Location Change
Due to the F1 Grand Prix locking down the Albert Park precinct, this week’s Tuesday morning interval session will be held along Beaconsfield Parade.
Session Details:
- We’ll focus on various pacing and intervals tailored to each athlete’s ability and goals.
- Open to all levels – everyone is welcome!
Meeting Point & Time:
- Please arrive just before 5:45am at the outdoor gym station on Beaconsfield Parade, opposite Armstrong Street.
What to Bring:
- Hydration essentials and weather-appropriate clothing
- A positive attitude and readiness to run hard!
