About this event
Winter Strength Training on Two Wheels
The Dandenongs are where strong cyclists are made.
This ride is designed for intermediate and advanced athletes looking to build functional cycling strength, climbing efficiency, and endurance through sustained hill work. As we progress through our Winter Training Season, these sessions play an important role in developing the power and resilience required for faster riding later in the year.
Expect a challenging but rewarding morning of climbing, with a focus on maintaining good technique, controlled effort, and efficient pacing on the hills.
This ride is suitable for intermediate and advanced athletes only.
