This Sunday, our regular Long Swim + Long Run combo session at Elwood is cancelled due to Ironman 70.3 Melbourne taking place.

With road closures and limited access around the area, plus many of our athletes racing and coaches out in full support mode, we’re pressing pause on our usual Sunday morning training.

What this means:
🚫 No Sunday morning session at Elwood
👏 Coaches will be out on course cheering and supporting
🎉 Come down and support your teammates if you’re not racing!
