Recovery month is a great opportunity to reset, refresh and get the body ready to go again. So why not lighten up your training with some fitness, just for F-U-N!
This session will combine aspects of aerobic, strength and flexibility fitness, without the intensity and is done at your pace with like-minded buddies. Laughter is a must!
This session may begin with a swim, so bring all swimming gear.
Please meet by 6:00pm on the grassed area closest to Elwood Life Saving Club.
NB: athletes MUST ensure they are scanned in to this session to register attendance.
